For a Catalonia without any type of violence against women and girls

Today, the Women’s Parliament has unanimously approved a declaration with measures against gender violence, the result of the work between the different entities that make up the National Women’s Council of Catalonia (CNDC) and the deputies of the Parliament of Catalonia .

This work started last September and 5 groups were created:
1) Violence in the digital sphere, media and political violence against women. Coordinated by Alicia Oliver (CNDC) and deputy Jenn Díaz (ERC).
2) Violence in the field of health. Coordinated by Gemma Falguera (CNDC) and deputy Assumpta Escarp (PSC-Units).
3) Violation of Sexual and Reproductive Rights. Coordinated by Sílvia Aldavert (CNDC) and deputy Aurora Madaula (JxCat).
4) The intersectional approach to sexist violence. Coordinated by Carme Riu (CNDC) and deputy Basha Changue (CUP).
5) Institutional violence. Coordinated by Núria Viñas (CNDC) and deputy Susanna Segovia (ECP).
